The respective manufacturer shall be responsible for every product listed by them on OLVIZ.

Manufacturers shall be solely responsible for applicable taxes, billing, and statutory obligations related to their products.
An order placed by a buyer on OLVIZ shall be subject to product availability and applicable business terms.
After an order is accepted, the manufacturer shall make reasonable efforts to fulfill the relevant product according to the details provided and the accepted order.
Order confirmation, availability, or other order status information may be communicated through information displayed on OLVIZ or through relevant communication channels.
Additional terms may apply to special or wholesale orders.
The buyer must make payment at the time of placing an order using the applicable payment option available on OLVIZ.
Any additional payment-related charges, taxes, or other applicable amounts may be displayed at the time of ordering.

Product delivery may vary depending on the respective order, manufacturer, buyer's location, product quantity, available transportation arrangements, and selected delivery service.

The OLVIZ name, logo, website design, software, technology, content, graphics, and other intellectual property associated with the platform are the property of OLVIZ or its respective rights holders.
Copying, republishing, selling, distributing, modifying, or commercially using OLVIZ content without prior permission is prohibited.
OLVIZ may use third-party service providers for payment processing, logistics, messaging, verification, technical services, and other functions.
Additional terms of the respective service providers may apply to such services.
If a user violates these Terms & Conditions or provides incorrect information, OLVIZ may, as necessary:

For products sold by an independent manufacturer, the respective manufacturer shall have the primary responsibility for manufacturing quality, actual product specifications, availability, packaging, and order fulfillment, while the buyer shall be responsible for obligations related to their order and payment.
OLVIZ may provide transaction-related assistance or a dispute resolution process in accordance with its applicable policies.
OLVIZ may modify its website, mobile application, features, services, technical infrastructure, or business processes from time to time.

OLVIZ shall make reasonable efforts to operate the platform smoothly. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to internet, server, network, technical system, third-party services, or other circumstances.
For delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of OLVIZ, liability shall be determined subject to applicable law.
